Welcome to the Phoenix Trade Sales website
This website is exclusively for our Trade customers. Please note that orders can only be accepted here if you have a registered account – Click on the link below if you would like to register for a Trade Account. New accounts are generally approved within 24/48 hours. Once approved you will receive an e-mail containing your login and temporary password details. On logging in for the first time you will be asked to choose a new password.
Phoenix is based at a purpose-built warehouse close to the M5 motorway (and only 5 minutes from either Junction 1 or 2) in Birmingham. We generally dispatch orders on the day of receipt (latest next business day) with our next-day delivery partner APC. We can also make in person deliveries in the Birmingham area, and customers are welcome to collect orders from us during normal business hours. If requested, we can send orders directly to your customer, just fill in the details on the Delivery Address page.
The products that Phoenix sells are manufactured in factories in the UK and around the world. The Phoenix quality commitment is that all products are individually inspected at our warehouse prior to dispatch.
